LIFE TIME WARRANTY
Fluidcore Australia offers an industry best lifetime warranty and is as follows:
The materials and workmanship are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of manufacture. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, stains from environmental pollution or the rubber molded inserts used on tower racks. The product must be properly secured, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended. If there is a defect, Fluidcore Australia will repair or replace (at its discretion) the product FREE of CHARGE provided the customer prepays freight to and from our factory. Fluidcore Australia will reimburse freight on merchandise returned within 30 days that was shipped to you in error or defective upon arrival. All warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. For speakers or any other products that Fluidcore Australia is a re-seller the manufacturers warranty will apply. For tower installations, if the tower has been installed outside of our recommended guidlines as outlined in the towers installation instructions, this lifetime warranty will not be honoured. Lifetime warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Any claims made must supply a copy of the original receipt of purchase.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that a Fluidcore Australia product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Fluidcore Australia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Fluidcore Australia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Fluidcore Australia shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
TERMINATION
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Fluidcore Australia without notice at any time, for any reason.
